  • More like an infomercial

10% solid advice, 90% promoting own tools and resources.

If you’re looking to sports cards as a means of primary income / business, then there is some useful content and tools.

If, like me, sports cards collecting is purely a hobby, then most of the content is irrelevant. There’s nothing wrong with ripping wax for fun. There’s nothing wrong with buying only singles. However, listen to one episode and you’ll think you’re committing a crime by ripping wax along with being financially irr... more

  • Unbearable

Absolutely terrible listen which is a shame because I thought I was going to like it. Unfortunately, he plugs his website every 2 minutes and I had to turn it off.

  • One long advertisement

Hands down the worst cards podcast on the planet. If you love ads, you’ll love this because it’s one long one for the guy’s website and members-only blah blah

  • Not much content…

Some of it is decent information, but 40-50% of each episode is just them pitching their website or other stuff they sell. Very disappointing

  • Just one long advert for the website

The odd nugget of useful info but these days the majority of the episodes are just the guy trying to flog his prescription services. Very little useful content

Is Greed A Huge Hobby Problem? Is Fanatics Fest Worth Attending As A Card Show? Jeremy Lee Joins
Q: How do you decide between selling on eBay or Fanatics Collect for a given card?
The choice depends on liquidity, rarity, and the number of available comps; eBay brings broad visibility while Fanatics Collect offers vaulting and convenience; the best option varies by card and market conditions.
Is Greed A Huge Hobby Problem? Is Fanatics Fest Worth Attending As A Card Show? Jeremy Lee Joins
Q: Are you attending Fanatics Fest 2026 and why or why not?
He is undecided due to World Cup timing and high travel costs, but may attend as a game-time decision and in any case will be at the National; sponsorship and content duties influence the decision.
Is Greed A Huge Hobby Problem? Is Fanatics Fest Worth Attending As A Card Show? Jeremy Lee Joins
Q: What is your sports card strategy?
Jeremy outlines a strategy grounded in collecting for utility and enjoyment while using experience and intuition to guide larger investments; he emphasizes timing, the sale marker, and staying ahead of trends rather than chasing every possible hot move.
BEST AND WORST FOOTBALL CARD PLAYS OF 2026! What The Shough? New Topps NFL Draft Night Cards Coming!
Q: Why focus on higher-population cards like Optic Hollow or Prism Silvers instead of ultra-rare one-of-ones?
Higher-population cards often offer easier liquidity and buyer confidence, making it simpler to flip with predictable selling timelines; they provide a balance between accessibility and desirability, reducing friction in selling and increasing the odds of a profitable, repeatable strategy.
BEST AND WORST FOOTBALL CARD PLAYS OF 2026! What The Shough? New Topps NFL Draft Night Cards Coming!
Q: What is the dominant play around Topps draft-night cards and their potential profitability?
The plan centers on buying base print-on-demand draft-night cards for top players, sending a portion to grading to secure PSA 10s, then flipping them quickly during hype windows (late spring to summer), while carefully avoiding overreliance on any single player's performance; autos or serial-numbered variants may amplify upside but also risk.
