I realize that different people have different play styles, but this was very hard to listen to. I found myself fast forwarding through cringeworthy role-playing sequences more than once. Considering all the people coming from fifth edition, over to Pathfinder, Paizo, might want to consider putting out a better product. As for me. I’m going to go try to find some thing on YouTube because I can’t make it past the second episode. more
Good
This series was tough to get through. Four players, only one of which knows how to play, and a GM that stammers more than a kid caught in the cookie jar. Most episodes are plagued by audio delays and cringy role play that falls flat. Most of the players seem to want to crack unfunny jokes rather than delve into the adventure. Compared to other TTRPG streams this one is a let down.
I enjoyed listening to all the episodes in the podcast. JimJam is a fantastic storyteller and GM but also a very clear explainer. All the players are fun to listen to and have that great balance of creativity and humor that made me love the characters they played. I hope Paizo has more of these projects ... more
Loved both the troubles in Otari and secrets of magic miniseries
