Christopher has an amazing voice, so it already makes this accessible. But his interview style, questions and demeaner are all what make listening to his interviews a great and powerful experience. The show has a good flow, and you feel like you're part of the conversation. Of course some credit should go to the people being interviewed as they too are engaging, but the questions and flow of the interview are a great help. Sum up in one word. Awesome.
