Dr. Chelsea touches on so many topics and issues that I experience and see with my dancers everyday! This industry is a tough one, but is if we, as educators, take the time to train the next generation differently we can improve mental health, resiliency, and help raise better humans first and dancers second! I love this podcast, and appreciate that it doesn’t make me feel so alone.
