  • Episode 122: How body Alignment Cam End Back Pain with Dr.John Dempster

I have many aches and pains; many chronic. Imbalanced blood sugar can affect nerve sensitivity and neuropathy and pain. Even if not pre diabetic you can have issues. HP A1C 5.1 is where you want to be. Even a 5.4 you can start having issues. Hmmmm Doctor won’t really let you know you are endanger zone until you are prediabetic.

Good Diet and sleep, reduce stress and exercise can reduce inflammation and improve chronic pain. One terrible bad night of sleep can cause 30% more pain.

  • Episode 63, Virus Blitz

This is the first podcast I have listened to from Pain Free for Life. They work wonders for treating a myriad of illnessess and issues, as I can attest to. If you put this information together with the protocols that microcurrent offers, it can really make a difference to people who have been suffering with longterm issues as well as everyday il... more

  • Pain Free For Life

I just discovered this podcast and have listened to many episodes. They’re short, most less than 20 minutes, and cover essential details about the featured topic. This helps me absorb and retain necessary information, such as: Microcurrent is energy medicine and we are comprised of electrical energy. Inflammation is at the root of many painful conditions and illnesses, and microcurrent can turn it off. We can choose a mindset that acknowledges our ability to partner in healing ourselves and acce... more
