I have many aches and pains; many chronic. Imbalanced blood sugar can affect nerve sensitivity and neuropathy and pain. Even if not pre diabetic you can have issues. HP A1C 5.1 is where you want to be. Even a 5.4 you can start having issues. Hmmmm Doctor won’t really let you know you are endanger zone until you are prediabetic.
