  • Great podcast

Great podcast love the topics they cover. But for the host, Rob, please hold off on buying a couple boxes of cards & invest into a better microphone. It sounds like you’re using something from 2001. If you’re going to be on a podcast, at least use good equipment so it doesn’t bring the entire show down.

Deck Building with Value feat. GrumpyElephant
Q: And one of the pieces of advice that Best Quality always shared was that he had a lottery card, like 51 cards, that he would always keep in the deck—how do you approach your basic template for building a deck?
I start with two thoughts: a general archetype story (aggro, control, mid-range) and a personal value-focused framework that prioritizes cards which maximize value per resource and advance the deck's story; I ensure every card fits the narrative and contributes to the intended path to victory, whether that's speed, attrition, or value-based domination.
Ep 76 - Selling Cards | BIATL Meta Reaction | Deck Building with Maclunky’s Pasquale
Q: When you are trying to sell your cards, how do you find the right price?
Pasquale advises looking at pricing from other games that have similar cards and adjusting based on what buyers are willing to pay.
Ep 62 - Trade for Showcases! | What is a Healthy Meta?
Q: What defines a healthy meta?
A healthy meta is one where there is a variety of different decks and strategies that can succeed, allowing for diverse gameplay.
Ep 56 - Carbonite Pulls | Impact of Intentional Draws | Getting Around Force Throw
Q: How do you feel about intentional draws?
Intentional draws can be beneficial or detrimental depending on your perspective, as they can advantage teams and inexperienced players lose out on opportunities.
Ep 49 - Community Spotlight | Judge Call with Jonah Kellman | Star Wars Unlimited
Q: What do you think makes the Star Wars Unlimited community unique?
The community is characterized by shared experiences, friendships, and a commitment to welcoming new players, maintaining a fun atmosphere.
