I really appreciate the format and the balance of this podcast. As the betrayed partner I appreciate the compassion extended towards us as well as the insight offered which has in turn helped me have more compassion for my husband. I’m in AlAnon, working with a sponsor, I pray and meditate— it all helps but this podcast is one of the biggest components of my healing. Thank you so much.
Overall very good and helpful content especially for those early in recovery or the discovery process. Really validates the betrayed partner.
It loses stars because Tami often comes off very scattered; not finishing sentences or thoughts before starting another one and it’s hard to listen to. Additionally, she mostly piggy backs off of what Dr. Rob says, not really adding much to the conversation. Which makes sense, since he is the mental health and addiction specialist of the two.
I love your YouTube but find the podcast format much better for my process and I’d absolutely love more episodes and more John Taylor!
