Bring back Tony Tedesco!!! I listened religiously to the show when he was on!

Also Natasha Vinik make my blood boil with her fake annoying laugh! I turn my radio off every time she is on!

Who laughs like that for god’s sake?

  • The Dream Team of David and Tony 5

This show is amazing, I believe David fills in for Jim but if Jim ever decides to move on, it should be give to these two! I mix of serious discussion, interviews and then surreal with his foreign correspondent. Always entertaining, sometimes irrational but always hilarious!

Introducing The Aca-Jimmy Awards
Q: All right. Jeff, hopefully this means that all of the worst case scenarios that people are thinking about tomorrow will go by the wayside, and I hope this means something. But I'm not sure that anybody who had their heart set on protesting what Doug Ford says even with the legal injunction behind it will mean anything.
The injunction provides police powers to arrest only if a breach of the peace or hate-incitement is present, but protesters may still proceed; the practical effect hinges on enforcement and ongoing court rulings.
Was Jim a jerk for not letting someone cut in the line of cars?
Q: What does the law say about dissuading protestors if that is tested against the Charter?
Jeff Hershberg explains the charter rights in the context of protests near Jewish communities and discusses potential charges that might apply if conduct infringes on rights or breaches the peace.
Chow or Bradford? The race is on.
Q: What happens if new candidates enter or exit the race?
The host suggests that John Tory's departure leaves room for other contenders and that public sentiment can pivot quickly with new announcements.
Chow or Bradford? The race is on.
Q: If it is a two-person race, where do you think voters will line up?
Polls show a close race between Chow and Bradford, with a significant portion undecided and the possibility that turnout and name recognition could shift the balance.
How much does it cost to turn your home in to a duplex?
Q: What could Canada do internationally regarding Iran?
Canada could take an active but non-military role, supporting human rights, helping disarm civilian nuclear capabilities, and pursuing forensic accounting to block financing for extremist groups.
