I am so all-in on this group after listening to their fantastic Mothership arc! Sound is great from episode 1, group chemistry is on point, love the groups balance of setting up legit dramatic moments as well as quippy humor, and there's just a flow to Out of Depth that makes them ultra bingable. Love the focus on indie TTRPG's to get a flavor of how they're played, and the arcs are a great length to get a feel for each system. I learned about the podcast after playing a couple Shadowdark games with Jae and Gail at GaryCon. Their podcast is just as authentic and entertaining as they are, and their love for the story comes through in every episode. Great characterization and interaction combined with Jae’s attention to detail and ability to roll with the chaos makes this a podcast for fans of any replaying system.
