Both farmers are incredibly articulate and explain their operations and the larger picture, making very important points. I learned about farming in Missouri and was shocked to learn that less than 1% of cropland in Missouri is used for food for local people. It'd be nice if Ms Wright's compelling data about their operation and her observations about young farmers and the future of farming were featured more prominently at the start.
