在宅で医療用麻薬を使っている患者さんの自宅には、定期薬とレスキュー薬が混在することがあります。定期薬は毎日決まった量が減りますが、レスキュー薬は痛みや呼吸困難が出たときだけ使うため、日によって減り方がまちまちです。その結果、「いま何錠・何枚あるか」が数えにくくなり、在庫が過量になっていても、逆に足りなくなりそうでも、気づきにくくなります。
