The reporting, production, and narration were excellent! But the stories are so old. Would have liked to see more contemporary examples to support the through line that cautions us about prosecutorial power.

The 7 episodes each focus on a sordid crime case or two wherein the public prosecutor used his power over other players in his local justice system to thwart actual justice. This will appeal most to Wisconsinites, but it's so well produced that any fan of true crime podcasts should listen. Episode 1 is a good intro Civics-wise but feels slow, so hold your judgment until you've heard "Open & Shut" E2.
