i listen to this podcast a lot and it’s the only one I’ve really stuck with. i, like jennifer, am a natural lucid dreamer but i can still learn things from this podcast. i would recommend this to anyone who wants to get into lucid dreaming or is already a lucid dreamer

It is not the most polished sometimes as it follows more of a freeform style than a script. But the host is very personable and offers a unique perspective to dreaming as an expert lucid dreamer. Even though I knew a lot of the techniques and facts about lucid dreaming before, she really changed my mindset on how I approach and interact with dreams which I will carry for me the rest of my life.
Awesome podcast. This is me coming back and ending this from about a week and a half ago. just by listening to your podcast for that long I have been able to lucid dream! I woke up in a smallish room and it was kind of glitchy.
