I honestly can not remember why or how I found this podcast, just that it was early COVID. I started from the first episode and listen to it everyday while I was working. I knew I needed to work on myself for my relationship, I just wasn’t sure how or in what area. I was already getting closer to God and after listening to this podcast I started to change just about everything about myself. My wife and I have been married since Nov or 2024, but when been together since September of 2007. We have... more
“What can I do?” was the topic of an episode at the beginning of 2018. My husband and I were headed for divorce during a highly stressful time of life with a newborn and I was ready to quit. As I sat alone right after the new year, I searched “marriage podcast” and God gave me this show. I’ve thanked God many times and shared this show with friends but had never written a review (so sorry!). Here I am nearly 8 years later still married to the same wonderful man and he has never even listened to ... more
As is all too often the case, there is stealth proselytizing deeper in episodes. It’s annoying that money grabbing folks like these want to capture secular listeners so they don’t label the podcast as clearly Christian and unscientific. The hosts are also each individually and together extremely annoying and grating to listen to.
You’ve been warned.
After your ep on boudoir photography and not addressing the morality aspect of bringing a third party to the bedroom I’m canceling Tony and Alisa.
I usually recommend this podcast to friends but now will rescind after the boudoir episode. Your body is for your spouse alone- you want pictures, they should take them. So disappointed. :(
