  • Informative and relatable!

A great podcast to listen to for those interested in the health and nutrition field! Definitely like the contrast and different perspectives that Kait and Megan give to their listeners. Not only that, I appreciate how relatable they are. They are not here to promote a cookie cutter diet but more of a realistic way to eat healthy all while enjoying your life at the same time!

I started listening to get objective information about the diet, but they came off as judgmental and snarky.

  • So far so good....

Great info and straight forward. However episode 2 has so much background noise it is hard to pay attention and listen for the good info. Hope this is isolated to this one single episode. Just started listening on a walk but great content.
