This show has filled the void left when Carter Alan’s Sunday Morning Blues stopped. I’ve been introduced to so many great artists!
By far the best blues music I have ever heard. Cliff plays everything especially songs you don’t normally hear on radio. I absolutely love that.
Love the show and access to all 900+ episodes is amazing.
I can’t believe that anyone could give this show anything less than 5* review! If you like the Blues this show is for you. It’s evidently a labour of love for “Me Cliff,” because that passion shines through every play list. Cliff also seems to have an enviable encyclopaedic blues knowledge so you pick up a few interesting details along the way. Thank you,
Cliff!
Awesome show love the history not too much to distract from the music thankyou 👍🍻🙏

A blues-focused music program curates a wide-ranging catalog from early roots to contemporary releases, weaving brief artist notes and historical context between tracks. The host highlights regional scenes (Chicago, Memphis) and archival material, often bridging generations by pairing vintage recordings with newer releases. Listeners can expect a thoughtful, genre-spanning mix with a strong emphasis on historical context and a deep knowledge of artists and records. A notable strength is the archival depth and curated balance between old masters and emerging talents, making it appealing for both long-time fans and newcomers seeking discovery through informed storytelling.
