僕は煮詰まらないと先に進めない節があります。 まだ余力を持っていると、目の前にある問題を先延ばしにし、いよいよ行き詰まってやっと重い腰を上げる これの繰り返し。でも、人に恵まれ、機会に恵まれ、なんとかこれまで養鶏業を続けて来れたました。 でも、巷で騒がれる米問題のあおりをモロに受け、いよいよ行き詰まってきました。 でも、こんなときだからこそ研ぎ澄まされる意識があると思います。 僕の本当の価値？喜び？想い？ 今回、そんな話を副舎長と話しています。
お米の高騰に伴い、現在の日本の食糧自給の危うさが露見されましたね。お米、麦を餌用穀物として使っている当農園にとっても一大事です。今とても大きな変化の時、その一部をお話ししています。
今、養鶏に限らず畜産業はとても厳しい局面を迎えています。 一杯悩んで、悩んで、悩んで、、、悩むのがあほらしくなって、先の見る方向を変えたり、ちょっと昔を振り返ってみたり、「あ、ちゃんとやってれたな」とちょっとホッとしたり。 春は情緒不安定気味になります。 それでも、養鶏は続くので、やっぱり悩みは続くのです。
