    This program really works! I’m on week 11 now, running 22 min without stopping. 11 weeks ago I had to really push myself to make it through all of the 30 second running intervals. I highly recommend joining the Facebook group for more support—it’s a very encouraging place. We celebrate each other’s wins and encourage each other during the harder weeks.     I've run and off for many of my 60 years. Distance has always been a challenge. I did a Couch to 5K program a few years back, but found it difficult. Last year, I found None to Run. The program is so adaptable and easy to use. I loved the audio podcasts to keep me on track. I completed the program and was able to run for 30 minutes straight.
