فعلا انا عندي الاكل العاطفي تعبت اكل اكل احاول انسى مشاكلي بالاكل والحلا والفاست فود تعبت وصلت 120وانحف فتره ثم ارجع امتن تقريباً عشرين سنه ع الحال احب الاكل افرح يفرحني ينسيني عجزت استمر ع دايت الى الان جتني فتره استسلمت الى متى دايت وارجع!؟ تعبت من ركبي وظهري بس اقول الاكل هو المتنفس لي): وصلت44لازم اهتم بصحتي مابي التكميم مرض فعلا الاكل اضطراب خاصة بالمناسبات والاعياد اتضايق مررره لاشفت اللي حولي ونا كذا جسمي ): يارب الشفاء للجميع وشكرا ع البودكاست الجميل💕
