今年快結束了，大家今年有完成對自己的期許嗎？鮮菇跟33今年做的最大突破就是拍影片！因為鮮菇是從來不拍影片的，但今年終於下定決心做了這件事情，所以算是一個重大改變～
明年是「火」馬年，比較屬於浮動、浮躁而且波動起伏比較大的一年，建議大家找好屬於自己的定位後，先暫時安定下來，觀察一下自己的情緒，或許可以考慮「以不變應萬變」的方式先度過一陣子，不要有過多反應，慢慢調整自己後再出發～
