Ivy分享有些時候，如果遇到一些比較特別的經驗，像是看到或感受到什麼，不一定要自己承受。如果心裡不安，可以去自己信任的宮廟，或者是到大一點的廟宇請示，確認一下訊息。但同時，我們也要保有自己的思辨能力。
如果不小心遇到阿飄，知道就只是知道，不需要去抓著不放。讓訊息過去就好。因為如果一直停留在那個狀態，就很容易和它糾纏，甚至產生恐懼。
