卷一到卷六比較屬於理論派，需要我們做反思的部分，而卷七裡面佛陀開始傳授修行的實際方法有哪些，讓我們一起來身體力行吧～
首先外在的部分就是要設置一個乾淨、淨化過的結界，就像是一個道場一個專屬修行的地方，讓我們在修行內化時可以專心來修心。
再來就是內在修心的部分，要嚴格執行「不殺、不盜、不淫、不妄語」，讓身心完全潔淨，斷絕一切造惡的因緣，這就是入定修行的基礎～
