One of the best health and wellness podcasts around. Presenter Andrew Davies is a doctor and an intensive care specialist, and features a wonderful line-up of guests, including other medical practitioners. The discussions are both of high quality and very accessible. They cover diet, exercise and meditation amongst other things - I never fail to learn something new! Looking forward to hearing more in 2020.
Have just discovered this podcast and love the fact that there is an Australian voice in the plant based community spreading positivity and having really interesting and informative conversations. Andrew and Claire have interviewed some of the biggest names in the plant based world like Dr Klaipeda and Dr Neal Barnard and their conversations are always a good listen. Thank you!!
So good to hear Claire’s calm and thoughtful take on life. Great to catch up on her career developments and personal growth. A pleasure to listen to!
Love this podcast. So accessible and packed full with very topical and relevant information to guide you through a happy healthy life.
I truly appreciate Claire and Andrew’s effort in raising awareness in a conscious and mindful lifestyle. I have listened to every episode (sometimes more than once) and I find myself often checking for new episodes before they are out. Thank you for your work and I am really looking forward to future events in Canada (fingers and toes crossed!) more
Great source of health and lifestyle information. Highly recommend this if you are interested in learning more about nutrition.
Absolutely authentic and one hundred per cent dedicated to helping others make healthier choices, Claire and Andrew are inspiring and a pleasure to listen to. Whether you’re keen to eat more fruit and veggies, aspiring to bring meditation into your world or just want to listen for tips on being well they have you covered.
Really enjoying the podcast. The different topics and the detail that is provided. The guests have been knowledgeable and eccentric sometimes. If I could provide one piece of feedback. It relates to the movie What The Health. As someone who is extremely new to plant based eating some of the sensationalism that was used really detracted from the message. more
