Episodes thread together topics like creator networks, multi-format distribution (audio, video, live experiences), AI tooling and its impact on production and discovery, and the tension between open standards and platform-controlled incentives. Across conversations with platform executives, network leaders, and prominent creators, there's a clear emphasis on practical strategies for monetization beyond ads, building communities, and maintaining trust in an increasingly algorithm-driven environment. A standout aspect is the focus on how traditional media dynamics interact with indie networks and creator-led models, plus a forward-looking in... more
