Thanks Marvin for your hard work!
As an aspiring board game designer (currently game dev), your podcast has helped me formulate new design ideas.
Ideas are well articulated and I loved to see your progression and seeing your interviews that are incredible and now Mindbug being out :)
Hope you can keep this up and looking forward to pick your brain in the future ;)
Kevin.
If you are interested in game design at all, this is a must listen. Not many people put thought into how much work and passion goes into a game. However, Marvin does a great job exploring mechanics and different steps of designs.
The only podcast that properly delves into the subject of boardgame mechanics!
All other podcasts about boardgames are just random dudes talking about how hard is to publish and which games they liked, or then and interview to someone who made a great game of sorts but they only end up talking about eachothers lives.
This podcast is gold! Keep it up! ?

I really enjoy this game design podcast because it is also about "battle" games which is what I like to design vs some Euro trading game (which I do like to play).
