- なんちゃって批判はより害悪
「万博は『成功』するのだと思います」とはsession荻上チキ氏の言。始まってしまえば批判の声は封殺されることを危惧した至言だ。マスメディアがたやすく権力に媚びる有様はいつの時代も変わらない。先日のプチ鹿島氏の回も聞いてみてほしい。
さて、セイジドウラクやsessionで紹介されていたので聞いてみたこの番組。「巨大権力に猫パンチ」を謳っているので頼もしく聞いていたが、最近の万博持ち上げムードには心底失望した。特に女の記者がひどい。「あんまり文句ばっかり言っても」とか「もう始まったんだから」とか、マスメディアを名乗る資格なし。世間が応援ムードに盛り上がっているからこそ、それを批判的に検証するのが権力を監視するマスメディアの役割ではないのか。それをヘラヘラして茶化しているだけのぬるい批判を気取っているのでは、オールドメディアと見限られても仕方ない。いずれ石丸とか維新とかに尻尾を振り出す未来が見えている。
「猫パンチ」なるフレーズはギャグのつもりなのだろうが（だとしたら一つもおもしろくない）、この腰のひけた物言いが、本気で批判するつもりのない志の低さを露呈している。期待していただけにつくづく... more
