ナミダの種まき - グリーフケアの学びと私
Reiko Imao「ナミダの種まき - グリーフケアの学びと私」は、大切な人やものをなくす悲しみに、そっと寄り添うグリーフケアの学びをシェアしていくポッドキャスト番組です。2020年6月にスタートしてから、2024年5月の54回目のエピソードまで、グリーフケアの学びとその時々の気づきを言葉にすることで、私は私の悲しみをほぐし、新しい自分になっていく変化を感じることもできました。
グリーフとその回復の過程はその人だけの固有の体験ですが、太古の昔から私たちの祖先ひとりひとりが積み重ねてきた無数の体験と知恵があるのもまた事実です。グリーフケアや死生学を学ぶことで、その無数の体験と知恵を知り、何かを感じとることで、悲しみが変容して、私の大事なものになっていったように思います。
