Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Jeremy Chan
Q: What advice would you give to chefs starting their career paths now?
I would say delete your Instagram account and develop, like really work on... learning how to manipulate and work with produce.
Kirk Haworth
Q: What advice would you give to chefs who are starting in their career paths now?
I would say, be keen, be passionate, have a good attitude, have good energy. Don't be one of those chefs that's like, I have to leave bang on five o'clock. If you want to be the best at anything, you have to put it in extra time.
