I never new thank you so much for your time
Great podcast and really insightful! I love that they are short and digestible for busy parents. I thought they might be too short but they are perfect it gives good overview on the topic and then some strategies to help before you start to lose focus. I’ve got the happy mind book but not actioned as much as I should but now I know where to start to do that!
Thank you for looking after us and our children’s welfare ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love these My Happy mind mini conversations. My child’s school is delivering the My Happy mind program and I was keen to learn more about it to support at home. Laura explains everything in really easy to understand language and it’s just what I’ve been looking for to have some tips up my sleeve to support my child as well as being a great tool for my own mental wellbeing. I love how it’s all backed up by science. Definitely worth a listen and the App is great too!
Thanks for these podcasts Laura…I found your family course such a great help after struggling with my children after lockdown, in particular getting one of my sons settled back into school after covid with learning delays (he has since been diagnosed with dyslexia and is now thriving!)
These bitesize episodes are a great listen and reminder of what we can do to help our little ones. x
Thanks for these Laura. I think the bitesize podcasts are a winner.
