Between them, Cropley & Prior wear their depth of knowledge & experience lightly and thankfully, keep the waffle to a minimum. I might even subscribe to the mag as my local newsagent has stopped stocking it!
Thoroughly enjoyable core podcast during the week was complemented wonderfully by this relaxed and informative conversation with Malcolm Wilson. Lots of interesting insights from him about his past, present and future made far an excellent listen, - and without the occasional flood of PR jargon of one or two weekend interviews in the past.
It’s a great show and the weekend industry insights are a good way to get a glimpse how the UK market & industry-players see themselves too.
This is so much like a chat with a couple of mates that I feel like I should be able to interject. Being an Aussie some of the cars are not available here and I am very envious of their access to places like Morgan and venues like the National Motor Museum, but listening to Steve and Matt chatting about them is the next best thing. Long May it continue.
I don’t listen to many automotive leader chats, but I’ve heard Lynn speak previously and have “a lot of time” for her.
Consequently I was looking forward to more of the same and she did not disappoint. Good logical answers that I as a mere consumer could understand in reply to intelligent questions from Matt that I’d have struggled to formulate.
No update on Lynn’s own car-cave, but hopefully she will grace us with her presence again soon.
Thank you to both of you. Over far too quickly!
See Walter Mitty for Rawdon Glover - Jaguar destined for the Uber elite and no longer relevant. Disgraceful.
