  • Strong & Compassionate Approach

I'd seen this podcast warmly recommended on the excellent, "Mental Illness Happy Hour" podcast.

"Choosing Your Chosen Family" is thorough and practical episode.

I really enjoyed the episode on Intergenerational Trauma. The teaching on learned behaviors not being a part of one's actual personality, is a much-needed illumination in late 2024.

Solid interviews with people who are experts in their fields.

  • A wonderful resource for LGBTQIA+ individuals

This is such an amazing and thoughtful podcast. Renae has such a familiar and friendly way of engaging with their guests that makes listening and relating very easy. The things addressed in this podcast are also extremely important and seeing them spoken about in such an accessible way is really fantastic! It helps shed so much light on issues that aren’t talked about in this way, and opens up conversations for hard, but important, topics.
