Favourite Villa Podcast. Thank you for the therapy sessions 🙂
I’ve been listening for a number of years and this is easily the best Villa pod around. Measured opinion and doesn’t spend all summer speculating on rumours. I personally really dislike the new AI music bits that have been popping up though.
David we all get you are not happy with the ticket prices. It’s now getting like a broken record now. The hard reality is success without commercial growth isn’t realistic. A pod for Aston Villa supporters who crave thoughtful football analysis, balanced debate, and dry humor over hype. Across recent episodes the hosts dissect on-field tactics, match-by-match performance, and broader European campaigns, with emphasis on lineup decisions, player form, and the club's financial and historical context. The show blends sharp analysis with fan banter and occasional guest insights, delivering a clear stadium-to-studio perspective that fans can trust during busy European seasons and domestic campaigns. A notable strength is the sustained, opinionated yet informed tone, plus a sense of community through listener engagement and regular guests.
What stands out is the club-centric focus that respects intelligence and nua... more
