  • Wish I could give negative stars

I wish Tony and his buddies would quit lying and laughing sarcastically. They literally have no respect for Abby & Libby.

  • Brilliant Commentary

Tony is passionate. It is contagious. As much as it is crime news and commentary it is eloquent theatre and I love it.

  • Delphi A.K.A. Uneducated dribble

This show is complete garbage and everyone on it sounds ignorant AF including the bumbling idiot Bob Motta. You are spreading lies! I feel stupider for having listened.

  • Waste of time

Stacy Cole is embarrassingly uninformed. It’s mind-blowing that she is allowed to voice her opinion regarding topics that she has absolutely no clue about. Easily the worst “news” show I have ever listened to. Do not recommend.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Gilgo Beach: Asa Ellerup Lawsuit Defense Breakdown
Q: Why is the inclusion of the daughter, Asa, considered a weak footing for the plaintiffs?
Because a three-year-old cannot form civil intent or knowingly conceal evidence, making a civil conspiracy or direct liability claim against a minor legally unlikely absent stronger, observable actions.
Gilgo Beach: Asa Ellerup Lawsuit Defense Breakdown
Q: How does the discovery rule affect the statute of limitations in a case involving a young child as the plaintiff?
The discovery rule can toll the limitations period by delaying when the plaintiff could reasonably know who the tortfeasor is, which can allow claims to proceed despite the usual two-year limit.
Gilgo Beach: Asa Ellerup Lawsuit Defense Breakdown
Q: Bob, what do you think the plaintiffs must show to survive a 12(b)(6) motion and move toward discovery?
They'll need to show more than proximity or cohabitation; there must be concrete facts suggesting observable knowledge or a duty to act, supported by enough factual allegations to plausibly state a claim for relief under civil law.
Nancy Guthrie: FBI Exposed What the Sheriff Missed
Q: How legit do you think these ransom-note developments are, including the half Bitcoin offer, and what does that imply about the case strategy?
The discussion acknowledges Bitcoin's traceability challenges but notes the FBI's greater capabilities in tracking and assessing ransom attempts, while highlighting uncertainties about the actual feasibility of recovering or tracing funds.
Nancy Guthrie: FBI Exposed What the Sheriff Missed
Q: Or do you think this is just more lip service and just more things that came out of his mouth from the man who's not used to people holding him accountable for his words?
Jen expresses skepticism about the claims and suggests that credibility is questionable, emphasizing the need for verifiable evidence and careful scrutiny of public statements.
