Absolutely love this podcast! It’s so much fun and has brought me a lot of joy in a really difficult transitional season of life. I look forward to each of their updates. Also I saw that the Surly Mermaid is one of the names of the boats in finding Nemo - was this meant to be a small cameo??????
Are you looking for something death related but hilarious? Look no further! I started this podcast as a way to fall asleep, which it failed miserably at because it has me laughing my ass off. I am only a few episodes in, but the group of players entertain and the DM does a great job as well.
I love the world, the story, the dm, players, and the banter! Such a rich story you really pull for each of them, but mostly, I just laugh and laugh and laugh.
Never played DnD and know very little about it, was recommended this by a friend and I am now so invested. Must stop listening to this on public transport because I keep gasping and bursting out laughing. Worth looking like a crazy person for.
Fantastic story telling, lots of twists and turns.
The cast and characters play off each other in such fun and funny ways constantly while still being able to project emotional depth when the moments call for it. There's so many interesting leads and questions strewn throughout that are so interesting to follow and make for some great reveals.
