餐飲薪水天花板太低 真的有賺錢野心與能力的人 吸引不了他們 現在人重視生活品質 光沒辦法週休這件事 就剔除一大半人 3.5-4.5的價位 其實一樣買不起房 年輕人寧願領少一點 但去比較潮的店ex 3c 服裝 而不是操的餐飲業 願意被操的就自己跑外送 都一樣是操 但是心裡自由度差太低 Google評論真的不用想太多 連業界第一鼎泰豐都會被一星 做好自己的事情就好 很多一星評論都是情緒居多

非常喜歡聽西索的節目，觀點清楚、既溫和又犀利。這一集西索說，老闆跟經理人的不同是顧客的負評老闆會永遠記在心裡、永遠背在身上，經理人換了下一份工作差不多就跟他沒關係了，身為小工作室負責人的我一邊聽一邊用力點頭。Jason對這個比較無感，只是不停地叫人放下，就是因為投注了這麼多心血才如此的難以放下啊😆 不過沒關係的！一切的挫折都會是未來的養分；每一次好的經驗，壞的經驗都能讓老闆成長。
