  • Very relatable, and a very helpful resource for fitness and wellbeing

    I am already hooked on this new series that Alli has begun. I was very struck by how in her introduction , Alli’s story could have been that of so many women - not born to be a superstar athlete , but someone like me , following a normal career path but having always loved sport and movement. It is inspiring to hear how she one day realised she could develop that love, both to make a living - and to help other ordinary women achieve so much more physically.
