I have no words to describe how relatable this podcast is!! Life as a mom is amazing, but also challenging and mentally draining. I just listened to Jessy’s experience with depression, suicidal thoughts and her detailed account of getting help. I literally had to pause and catch my breath. Her experience was my experience to a T!! While it was triggering to hear this, I am grateful to know that I am not alone. Mental illness is real and does not discriminate.
