最新回での「すみません」についてのお話、とても良かったです。「すみません」は、世の中ではごく当たり前の文句で、記号のように用いられていますし、私自身も無意識にすみませんとばかり言っている気がします。しかし、こうした小さな所から私たち日本人のメンタリティの根源に何があるのか、を考えることは、結果的に私たちの自己肯定感やメンタルヘルスを改善することにつながると感じます。今の社会にとても必要な視点でもあると思います。
男性としてお二人の話を聴いていると、自分の祖母や母の世代からずっと続いている女性の苦痛、またそれが苦痛として受け取られてこなかった社会について、真剣に考え、行動していかなければ、と都度都度思います。
これからも更新楽しみにしております。ご自愛ください。
