  • Fantastic Podcast

Tim and Michelle do a great job discussing the nuance of working with people with persistent pain. As a PT myself, I have experienced the challenges in working with this population, and this is the best podcast I’ve heard on the topic. The conversations are thoughtful and do a great job at tackling a complicated issue with guests from many different backgrounds in health and fitness. It has also reframed my own beliefs and strategies when it comes to treating patients, and dealing with my own ac... more

  • From Professional to Athlete

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Dr. Tim now for a year focused on upper body lifting and running. As a working professional, I never saw myself as athletic- in our time together though he has imparted knowledge on me about how to not just make progress but to make it safely and progressively in a way that builds strength and not pain.

This podcast encapsulates the wisdom he shares with me on each of our coaching calls. Recommended highly I’d you’re looking to move the needle and surprise... more

The hosts are fun, witty, and clearly know their stuff. I learn so much each episode, and they bring in some really cool guests too. I love listening to it while I do my day job of designing septic tanks.

  • Foul language.

Too much foul language in this podcast for my taste. Poor choice of behavior from a licensed Physical Therapist.
