  • Excellent Parent & Professional Resource

This podcast is rich with information! I am a parent looking for better help for myself so I can support my child at home when not in therapy. I have learned so much from each episode, and I recommend taking notes! Cheri’s voice is so calming and reassuring, and it’s just what I needed because I have felt so frustrated with our situation, and I’m worried we waited too long to seek professional help. Cheri is helping to calm my fears— I just purchased her book as well!

  • SO thankful I found this!

This is the show I’ve needed! My 8 year old son is currently in food therapy (for the past 4-5 months) and making very little progress. I’ve been spinning my wheels and just wishing for a more systematic approach than what we are currently receiving. I love how Cheri breaks things down and explains how to approach therapy with joy. She breaks therapy down step by step, and I now feel like I can support my son better on my own at home. Buying her book immediately!
