  • Authentic and real

Really enjoy this show. Loved the authenticity of the interviews. Never really understood the stresses on the players when they involuntarily leave a team and colleagues that they love. Then the injuries , challenges and uncertain future. Really loved your interview with Gabe Davis. A true human interest interview. And a truly positive and resilient individual. I wish him the best. Welcome back to Buffalo

Biadasz explains that confidence on the field must coexist with internal vigilance, constantly preparing and communicating with teammates to ensure sound decisions come from practice and prep, not fear of making mistakes.
Tyler Biadasz Talks Jim Harbaugh, Thoughts On PFF Grades, & Derwin James Energy
Q: What was it like joining a new locker room after a long tenure with other teams?

Tyler Biadasz Talks Jim Harbaugh, Thoughts On PFF Grades, & Derwin James Energy
Q: What are your thoughts on PFF grades?
The guest expresses confusion and frustration with PFF's grading, arguing that many elements of offensive line play—like pass protection, communication, and scheme context—are opaque to outside evaluators, and that grades often don't reflect the on-field reality or coaching feedback.
Josh Allen on the Real Reason Bills Mafia is Different
Q: All right, so Josh, this is your opportunity to get anything off of your chest. It could be about football, it could be about life, anything.
I'm incredibly proud of the work the foundation has done, and I'm grateful for the fans and partners who keep showing up to support these kids and families, because the impact isn't just monetary—it's hope and everyday encouragement that can change a life.
