I love listening to this podcast. I always learn something new and helpful. The episode on EBT was especially interesting and I plan on trying it for a month. Thank you Katie for sharing what you’ve learned and continue to learn.
As a Nurse and a survivor of childhood trauma your podcast has allowed me to explore, name, and heal past and present trauma. You also remind me how to laugh and play, which is the best medicine. Thank you.
I love the loving kindness meditation & all the great conversations. Katie has a delightful presence and offers valuable information with a warm heart. I feel so grateful to have come across this show!!!
Kate’s podcast is so relatable. I was listening to her episode on postpartum anxiety and depression and it really helped validate so many of the feelings and experiences I had. She and her guests get vulnerable and real. Women need to talk more about this and I’m grateful Kate has created a platform for this. I can’t wait to listen to more episodes. Well done!
I can’t begin to tell you how much insight I’ve gained from these episodes. I’ve really deepened my understanding of self and have become a better human, mom, nurse, spiritual being. This is a show I will keep coming back to! Always interesting conversation and information.
