Die Energievorschau ist mittlerweile mein festes Dienstagsritual und ich freue mich schon immer sonntags drauf. Ich finde es einfach super spannend und nehme die Inhalte zum Reflektieren, Eintunen, aber auch Beobachten, Wahrnehmen, Fokus setzen. Ich komme dadurch ins Hier und Jetzt und es gibt mir Orientierung. Kristina und Susanne sind auch einfach so sympathisch. Es macht richtig Spaß ihnen zuzuhören.
