  • Great podcast

Michelle keeps what we need to be aware of always in our face but in a non confrontational manner. She also has a knack of explaining concepts in a way that’s easy to grasp and easy to use. I always walk away with several “aha” or “oh, that’s what that is and I do need it” moments. Difficult subjects sometimes but I alway feel better when I listen.

  • Great personality; Meaningful words

Michelle’s delivery of a cosmic “kick in the pants” to bring our awareness to the forefront to break bad habits and addiction (whether it be Facebook, food, sugar, over-thinking, over-analyzing etc) helps us see the Daily Self Sabotage.

Highly recommended for anyone trying to better their lives with common sense and mindfulness!
