Some of the best tips I have received! Love how real and helpful all the things they share are. I started listening to get help with dealing with my children’s regulation and ended up using the majority of the tools for myself 😂
I love listening to this podcast! So many great tips and insight! As a mother of 2 little boys, it’s been so helpful to have a podcast I can relate to! Thank you Lindsay and Paige!
I have started therapy to help me handle all the things I have to do, and I am about to have my third kid. I felt like a failure and so overwhelmed. My friend recommended this podcast and I listened to the self care episode and to the success as a mother episode. I needed these. I am at the beginning of learning to separate my success as a mother from the house, etc. I love that she still recommends therapy, for sure helpful piece of my mental health. I would highly recommend this podcast too.
