  • A light in the dark

    These ladies have helped me better understand my Autistic children, while simultaneously helping me learn about my ADhD self. Their advice is guiding me to better support my children by giving me tools to help them cope. I am finding ways to care for myself and adjust my parenting to better meet the needs of my family.   • Right place at the right time

    These women came across my feed when I wasn’t sure which way to go with parenting my ADHD kiddos with my own spicy personality. So many things have been put into ways that are easier to understand with ways to take action. My household is seeing much improvement over the past few months!
