My preppie is really enjoying these discussion, he’s so engaged and keen to discuss the topics afterwards. What a great conversation starter on such important topics!
As a professional mental health practitioner in the youth space, I was so delighted to be informed of this resource. The ability to verbalise and normalise emotional distress needs to be put at the front of modelling positive mental health and well-being and used as a therapeutic connection in help seeking not as a diagnostic tool. Well done team - great resource!
As a grandparent and a teacher I can see incredible potential in this series for children to talk though and think through their emotions and have practical applications suggested to help them along the way. Well done!
I loved listening to this episode. It’s such a powerful tool for both children and the adults in their lives. As an Educator, this podcast provided me with strategies that I can use in the classroom with “my” children. Feeling loved, knowing you’re loved facilitates a strong sense of self and self esteem. Without that, nothing comes easy. So grateful to have this podcast to refer to for amazing ideas to support the little people in my life.
