I feel like there are a lot of podcasts (about running) that hit just science or just story/ interview- this podcast somehow the perfect blend of both.
I appreciate that each guest and episode has a slightly unique feel to it, but also has a specific point and take away.
Interesting stories, advice and guidance that you can just tell comes from an informed background of experience and training, all presented in a relaxed way.
This podcast is a good listen for anyone trying to gain more awareness to the science behind running and the mysticism that drives our best athletic performances. In life there are people who know what they’re talking about and there are people who pretend to know what they’re talking about, Leo is someone who knows how to talk to runners!
I would do anything this man says. Listen , follow his advice, and be ready to feel energetic and confident!
