    Excellent story from Tim about food. I like the keep it simple and have fun cooking idea. I also find a bit of planning helps too so you can look forward to some meals. Also, Thea idea of eating with other people is really good. Cheers Tim and thanks Mind

  • Siobhan's story on bipolar completely opened my eyes

    I just listened to Siobhan's story on bipolar and so much of it rang true. Also she sounds like an amazing person - I was so impressed at how calmly she now talks about it. There is hope!
