- 謝謝敏敏老師當年的‘’共好‘’
大約10幾年前有幸在前公司上到老師的課，那一次的主題是「共好」，老師上課幽默風趣，但又不離主題，整天下來收益良多。
對於業務員來說，業績就是王道，但偶爾會碰到案件強碰的狀況，大家為了生存，業績爭的你死我活，久了，同事間的氣氛越來越不好，「共好」這件事在業務間變的微不足道，所以久了我也很厭惡這樣的工作環境，之後又碰到案件強碰的狀況時，我選擇讓步，一個團隊如果氣氛差 大家自私自利，這樣的工作環境就像毒藥一樣，時間久了身心靈都會生病。
後來離職後，跟前公司的同事還是有聯絡，同事似乎理解當時對我的誤解，知道我不是為了業績不擇手段的人，她向我致歉而且有了尊重。
我想跟敏敏老師說，當年的「共好」課，我有聽進去，並實踐它，沒有聽完課拍拍屁股就忘了😆，我都記得…..
