Didn't need the "young lady" bit for the Nicole Fazio interview. As a woman I get irked by those little pats on the head kind of moments in my own life. They happen so often. It gets old. But I don't hear men call each other "young man" to refer to an equal. Nicole is a massive name in her field with so many incredible achievements under her belt. She deserves the same respect.
