「ゴールを設定したのに変化がありません」という相談を、時々受けます。
コーチングを誤解しているのか、楽に実践できそうなところしか見ていないのか、
いずれにしても、ゴールを設定しただけでは何も変わりません。
プログラミングでいうと、クラスを定義しただけで、インスタンス化できていません。
機械加工でいうと、マシニングセンターの制御コードは書いたのに、切削作業をしていません。
料理でいうと、レシピは用意したけど、調理作業をしていません。
