Reviews

4.9 out of 5 stars from 101 ratings
  • Lost me when bagging Enterprise Architecture and yet extolling the power platform as... I dunno, an enterprise mature framework? Host got his knickers in a knot when an EA compared PP to excel. That was an ANALOGY, you know... an abstract concept or thought... Never mind, Come on, the PP is an amazing hodgepodge of technologies and brand names but give me break, if an EA has some caution I'm fine with that, slow and steady, EA is not solutions or technologies.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Adopt vs Adapt: Cut Power Platform Technical Debt
Q: How do Copilot and automation fit into your current and future workflows?
Copilot and agents speed up repetitive tasks and enable more rapid iterations, but they need to mature to fully support SDLC activities like versioning, testing, and deployment across environments.
Adopt vs Adapt: Cut Power Platform Technical Debt
Q: What's your view on moving workloads from Power Platform to Dynamics 365 in terms of debt and governance?
It's about reducing bespoke complexities by leveraging Dynamics 365 as the core, maintaining flexibility through Power Platform where appropriate, and keeping governance front and center to prevent fragmentation and licensing pitfalls.
Make Copilot Safe: Fix Data Governance First
Q: What are the key layers that govern Copilot data access and how do labels, DLP, and Purview interact?
Sensitivity labels define who can read or summarize a file, DLP policies restrict or monitor data usage in Copilot and third-party tools, and Purview provides governance, collection policies, and licensing controls to manage prompts, data flows, and auditing for AI interactions.
Make Copilot Safe: Fix Data Governance First
Q: Tell me about Purview steps or processes you follow when implementing it in an organization.
The process starts with understanding the customer's data estate, then configuring sensitivity labels, aligning with data loss prevention policies, integrating Purview with governance around access, and finally considering network protections and licensing requirements to enable collection policies and prompt/audit capabilities.
How Agentic AI Is Rewriting ERP Workflows
Q: What are the current ERP use cases for agentic experiences and are customers seeing real value?
Use cases include engineering change order management and personalized, context-aware sales follow-ups, with value primarily in reduced operational risk and faster workflows rather than simple cost-cutting; adoption is driven by better data definitions and channel deployments (Teams, SharePoint).
